Well, it’s a bit immodest writing about yourself but, since I do the news feeds etc, here goes! As of last week I became a Master Innholder. This is a hugely prestigious thing in our industry (if I say so myself!) as, by becoming Master Innholder, you are being recognized as one of the best hoteliers in the country. I am very, very proud to have been accepted into this body with its association with the livery company.
As you will see Master Innholders from “up north” are a bit scarce so the plan is to have a few of us spreading the good word as well as doing our best to help promote and develop the industry as well as helping those around us who are less fortunate than us.
