Membership Benefits

Thank you for your interest in Judges Country House Hotel and our Quay Cuisine Package for new members in 2005. Please find below the details for membership.

Our new Quay Cuisine Membership includes 300 points for you to redeem at the hotel. You may use your points to enjoy any combination of the benefits listed below.

• 85 Points

One night’s accommodation for two guests in a deluxe room on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Stay with us in one of our newly refurbished luxury rooms. All rooms are equipped to the very highest standards and include TV & Video, CD player, Bathrobes and Foot Spas.

• 10 Points

Breakfast for one guest in our Restaurant. Take breakfast in style and select from our A la Carte Breakfast Menu.

• 10 Points

Lunch for one guest from our Table d’Hôte Menu. Select 3 Courses and enjoy coffee, from our selection of lighter options, perfect for lunchtime dining.

• 10 Points

Sunday Lunch for one guest in our Restaurant. Select 3 Courses and enjoy coffee, from our weekly changing selection of traditional British dishes.

• 5 Points

Afternoon Tea for one guest. Your choice of speciality teas or Colombian Coffee, accompanied by a Selection of Sandwiches, Scones with cream & preserves and our delicious cakes.

• 10 Points

Champagne Afternoon Tea for one guest. As above, but includes a glass of Fine Champagne on Arrival.

• 15 Points

Dinner for one guest from our Market Menu. Select 3 Courses and Coffee from our extensive menu of classic dishes.

• 30 Points

Dinner for one guest from our Gastronomic Menu. Enjoy a 6 Course set tasting menu, carefully matched to selected wines. Coffee is included.

• 20 Points

Dinner for one guest from our A La Carte Menu. Select 3 Courses from our award winning 3 Rosette fine dining menu. Canapés, an Amuse Bouche dish and Coffee with Petits Fours are included.

In addition to the above, Quay Cuisine Members will also be able to take advantage of the following benefits:

• Reduced rates for our Gourmet Evenings and other Special Events. Enjoy our Gourmet nights at the special reviewed Quay Cuisine price of £45 per guest!

• Store your own Bottle Programme. Allow us to store your favourite Malt, Cognac or other Specialist Liqueur and you can enjoy it each time you visit at no cost (70cl bottles, please).

• Regular Judges Newsletter.

Enjoy £600.00 worth of benefits for only £350 per couple.

Terms and Conditions Definitions

1. Your membership is only valid at Judges Country House Hotel.

2. The two named members are the only people who may benefit.

3. The benefits may be redeemed by the named couple only. Dining benefits should be redeemed on a 2 for 1 basis up to a maximum table size of 6 guests, for example, tables for breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner (Mon ­ Sat) would be able to redeem points, thus:

• Table for 2 redeems 10 points and 1 guest pays £14.95.
• Table for 4 redeems 20 points and 2 guests pay £29.90.
• Table for 6 redeems 30 points and 3 guests pay £44.85.

N.B. 3 guests’ points are the maximum which may be redeemed at any one sitting and the maximum table size which may benefit is 10.

4. Private functions of more than 10 guests are specifically excluded from this offer.

5. All overnight stays are subject to hotel availability. A maximum of three rooms on a Saturday and five rooms on a Friday evening may be allocated to Quay Cuisine members.

6. Dining tables for Quay Cuisine Members will be restricted on a Saturday night to five tables of two.

7. These terms and conditions may be varied at any time. When such a change or variation occurs, Judges will use its reasonable endeavours to give you notice thereof and to offer an alternative of equivalent value. You will be deemed to have accepted any such change or variation if, after receiving notice thereof, you continue to use your membership.

8. Judges expressly reserves the right in its absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel or vary in any way or change at any time, without notice, any facility or benefit previously offered or expressed as available to members. Judges shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such withdrawal, cancellation or variation.

9. Your membership will run for one year from the date of purchase. We will not honour or redeem any existing points remaining on expiration of membership.

10. Special promotional events such as Valentines’ Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas and New Year events are excluded from this offer.

11. Cancellations will be honoured up to 10 days from purchase of membership, but such termination shall not be effective until all cards have been returned. Membership is for one year only and is renewable on a yearly basis. The membership fee is non-returnable after the 10 days cancellation right as stated above.
