SECRETS OF CUISINE, COOKERY DEMONSTRATION

(Friday 20th October, 10am - 2.30pm)

Be afraid, be very afraid!! A demonstration of dishes and treats along a 'Halloween' theme. Our chef will create a menu and treats for all the family, including a warming Pumpkin soup. Includes two coffee breaks, an aperitif and a 3-course light lunch with wine.

GOURMET NIGHT: WINES OF SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

(Friday 27th October, 7-11pm)

Some stunning wines from the Iberian Peninsula, some innovative and some traditional. Contrast the distinctive styles of these neighbouring countries' wines. Try the usual classics, alongside wines from lesser-known regions and, of course some Port. Includes a 6-course gastronomic menu with an Iberian flavour.

JUDGES AUTUMN WEDDING FAIR

(Sunday 5th November, 11am -3pm)

Following the same format as the Spring Wedding Fair this event is not to be missed by newly engaged couples, mothers-of-the-bride & groom and last minute wedding shoppers.

Our Autumn wedding fair is an unmissable event for all prospective brides and grooms. Judges features only the finest wedding companies from throughout the region displaying lots of ideas for your big day. Join us in the Courtyard Suite to find your perfect photographer, wedding cake, chauffeur driven car, hairstyle and much, more.

A canapé-style afternoon tea will be served throughout.

WINE TASTING - WINES FOR CHRISTMAS

(Friday 17th November, 7-11pm)

A showcase of wines with a festive flavour. Sample Champagne & Sparkling wines, fine food whites and some gutsy reds, perfect for the Christmas season. Enjoy canapés on arrival and a delicious light buffet of cheese, smoked fish, charcuterie and salads and some light desserts to accompany the tasting. A less formal approach than our Gourmet night, but a good chance to mingle! All guests will have the opportunity to purchase wines at preferential rates, direct from our supplier.

CHEF FOR THE DAY

Ever fancied joining our team of Chefs for the day and learning a few secrets of the trade?

Your day will commence at 9.30am when, after coffee you will get to work with your own chef. After a quick lunch, you'll be back to your station during service to see how the kitchen really ticks. You'll finish around 2.30pm, when we serve you Afternoon Tea in our lounge.

You'll have a great time, learn new dishes and techniques and enjoy a unique experience.

Places are strictly limited and available Monday to Thursday only. Chef's whites provided.

PAYMENT

Full prepayment for all events is required at time of booking, unless agreed by management. Cancellations made two weeks before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to events will not be refunded, unless we can re-sell your booking.
